IPTV basics
What does IPTV stand for?
IPTV stands for Internet Protocol Television. It means television delivered over an internet connection instead of an aerial, satellite dish or cable. You watch it through an app on a smart TV, streaming stick, phone or computer. How it works, explained.
How does IPTV work?
A player app on your device asks a server for the channel or programme you choose, and the video is sent to you over your internet connection in small pieces. A steady connection matters more than a headline speed: about 10-15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps or more for 4K, per stream. See our NBN speed guide.
How do I get IPTV in Australia?
Choose a plan, send your order on WhatsApp, and pay as agreed in the chat. Once payment is confirmed you receive login details (an M3U link and Xtream Codes) and a setup guide for your device. You can request a free 24-hour trial first.
How do I set up IPTV on my TV?
Install a compatible player app on your device, open it, and enter the M3U link or Xtream Codes login we send you. On a Fire TV Stick you may need to allow app installs first; on Samsung and LG TVs you usually add the login through the app's activation page. Follow our Fire TV guide or smart TV guide.
How much is IPTV a month?
GetIPTV AU plans are one-off payments for one device: A$14.99 for 1 month, then about A$9.66, A$8.00 and A$6.42 a month for the 3, 6 and 12-month plans (A$28.99, A$47.99 and A$77.00 in total). Extra devices cost the same again per device. Compare plans.
What is IPTV Smarters?
IPTV Smarters is a third-party player app that plays the login you receive from your IPTV provider. It does not include a subscription or channels of its own. It is available for several devices, so check the current app listing and any app fees before you install. Compare player apps.
Plans, prices and payment
How much does IPTV cost with GetIPTV AU?
For one device, plans are A$14.99 for 1 month, A$28.99 for 3 months, A$47.99 for 6 months, or A$77.00 for 12 months. All prices are in Australian dollars. Choose 2 or 3 devices at double or triple the single-device price. Choose your plan and device count.
Are there any extra fees?
The plan price is the total we charge for the subscription. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own fees, for example on international transactions — check with them if you’re unsure.
How do I pay?
You send your order from the order page as a WhatsApp message, and our team replies with the payment options available. We don’t take card details on this website.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
No. Each plan is a one-off payment for a fixed period. Before it ends, you can renew by messaging us or placing a new order. If you don’t, access simply stops at the end of the period.
How do I renew without setting everything up again?
Message us on WhatsApp with your username, or add it to the note field when ordering. We extend your existing account, so your app and favourites stay as they are.
Which plan should I choose?
If you’re new, try the free trial and then the 1-month plan. If you already know it works well for you, the 12-month plan has the lowest cost per month (about A$6.42).
Setup and devices
What do I need to watch IPTV?
Three things: a reliable internet connection, a compatible device (such as a Fire TV Stick, smart TV or Apple TV), and an IPTV player app where you enter the login we send you.
Which devices work?
Amazon Fire TV devices, Samsung (Tizen) and LG (webOS) smart TVs, Android TV and Google TV devices, Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, Windows and Mac computers, and MAG or Formuler boxes. Very old smart TVs may not support current player apps.
Which app should I use?
It depends on your device. TiviMate and IPTV Smarters are popular on Fire TV and Android TV; IBO Player and similar apps are common on Samsung and LG TVs. Our player app guide compares them.
What login details will I receive?
An M3U playlist link and Xtream Codes details (server address, username and password). Most apps accept either. Which should you use?
How long does activation take?
Orders are handled by our team. Your login is sent after payment is confirmed; timing depends on the payment method and how busy we are. Install your player app in the meantime.
Is there a TV guide (EPG)?
Yes, programme guide data is included for channels where it’s available. If times look wrong, the app’s time zone setting usually needs adjusting — see our EPG guide.
Can I watch on more than one screen at once?
Yes. Select 1, 2 or 3 simultaneous devices at checkout. The 2-device option is double the single-device price and the 3-device option is triple. Your selected tier sets how many screens can stream at once.
Internet and streaming quality
What internet speed do I need?
A steady 10–15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps or more for 4K. Consistency matters more than peak speed, especially in the evening. Read the NBN speed guide.
Is everything in 4K?
No. Picture quality depends on the original source. Many streams are HD; some are available in 4K. A 4K-capable device and connection are needed to see 4K.
Why does my stream buffer?
The most common causes are weak Wi-Fi, an overloaded home network or app buffer settings. Try an Ethernet cable or 5 GHz Wi-Fi first. Our buffering guide walks through the fixes in order.
Do I need a VPN?
A VPN isn’t required to use the service. Some customers use one for privacy; if you do, choose a nearby server, as distant servers can slow streams down.
Which channels are included?
Line-ups change over time, so we don’t promise any particular channel or event. If something specific matters to you, ask us before you buy or check it during the free trial.
Trial, refunds and support
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 24 hours, one connection, no card required. Request it on the trial page. It ends automatically and nothing is charged.
What is your refund policy?
You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you’ve contacted support and the problem is confirmed to be on our side rather than your internet connection or device. Full details are in the refund policy.
How do I contact support?
WhatsApp (+1 325 208 8529) is usually fastest. You can also use Telegram (@NeptonSupport) or email support@kopiptv.com. See the contact page.
Is IPTV legal in Australia?
IPTV is a delivery technology. Whether a particular service is lawful depends on whether it has the rights to the content it provides.

Try the service free for 24 hours, or message us and we’ll help you choose.
